Launched in 2019 by Tristar’s Founder and CEO, Eugene Mayne, this one-of-a-kind livestreamed event brings together professional mariners, industry leaders, and regulators to share experiences, address challenges and inspire real improvement in the wellbeing of seafarers.

The 8th edition of the SAFETY at SEA Conference is taking place in Dubai on the 9thNovember 2026. The conference is only among a few events in the world focusing on seafarer physical and mental health, to foster real-time dialogue on improving seafarer life.
